Order Status

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Orders will ship within 1-4 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) from our Pennsylvania-, Michigan-, Missouri-, Idaho-, or California-based warehouses. Nearly all orders will be shipped within one business day, but to help ensure that you can get everything you need as quickly as possible, we do sometimes ship directly from the manufacturer. In these instances, processing times are a little longer, and this is when it can take up to 4 business days for your item to ship. Please note if your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Once your item ships it can take up to 7 business days* to arrive depending on where you live in the country. You will receive an email with a tracking code once your item ships that will give you an exact date (weather permitting).Please note that if your package is delayed in transit, we cannot be held responsible.

*Please note that delivery times are estimates and are in no way a guarantee. ReactGear cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the item has left our warehouse.

I want to cancel my order

Once an order has been processed or has shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. However, if you email ops@reactgear.com, we can provide you with a return number so you can return the item immediately.

Please include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your ReactGear Order # (from the ReactGear Order Confirmation email)
  • The names or item numbers of the products that you want to return

Please review our Return Policy if you think you will need to return an item.

I want to make a change to my order. How do I do that?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you would like to purchase additional items, please create a new order.

If you ordered too many of an item, please email ops@reactgear.com and include the information below so that we can send you return instructions:

  • Your Name
  • Your ReactGear Order # (from the ReactGear Order Confirmation email)
  • The products that you will be returning
  • The reason you will need to return them

Please review our Return Policy if you think you will need to return an item.

My order never arrived.

Please check your ReactGear Account Information page to be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. On occasion, we may ship your items separately (at no added cost to you).

If each of the items in your order have shipped and the tracking numbers are showing them as delivered, but you did not receive one or more of the items, contact the shipping company.

Has my order shipped?

You can check the status of your order anytime day or night by logging into your ReactGear account. Please know that it may take up to 4 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) for our warehouse to ship the items once they receive the order, and expedited shipping orders are always given priority. Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.

If you have a question that is not answered within your ReactGear account page, you may send your inquiry to ops@reactgear.com. Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your ReactGear Order # (from the ReactGear Order Confirmation email)
  • The reason for your inquiry

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you would like to purchase additional items, please create a new order.

If you email ops@reactgear.com, we can cancel your order if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse or we can provide you with a return number so you can return the immediately upon receiving it. Please review our Return Policy if you think you will need to return an item.

To ensure you receive the correct items, please place a new order at your convenience

How do I track my order?

An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check the shipping company's website to confirm that your packages were delivered.

If your packages each show a status of "delivered," but you are sure you have not received the package, please contact the shipping company.

My product is missing parts.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please email ops@reactgear.com to let us know about the issue within 5 days of receiving your items. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your ReactGear order number (from the ReactGear Order Confirmation email)
  • The name or product number of the item missing parts
  • A description of what you believe is missing

When will my backorder arrive?

If we email you to let you know that one or more of the items that you have ordered is unexpectedly on backorder, we will be sure to include an estimated date for when the item will be back in stock to help you decide whether you want to wait or not.

However, please note that while we strive to provide the most accurate information possible, these dates are estimates from our manufacturers, and they are subject to move without warning at the manufacturer’s will.
