I realized that I gave the wrong shipping address. How do I fix it?

If you realize that your address is wrong immediately after placing your order, email as quickly as possible. Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your ReactGear Order # (from the ReactGear Order Confirmation email)
  • The correct address that the package should be shipped to.

If your order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for shipment, we will be able to correct the issue. However, once the order goes to the warehouse, we may not be able to correct the address. If this happens, you will need to contact the shipping company and request an intercept, which may cost an additional $15.

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site or go to our Create An Account page

2) Click "Create An Account".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here." That link will send an email to you with your password.
